Latest estimated delivery times are given at checkout before purchase. Delivery times are given as a range and while orders often arrive near the earlier estimate we cannot guarantee this so please allow for the upper range for delivery. The 2020 season has been exceptionally busy for couriers and all major couriers are experiencing delays and so we are conservative with our delivery estimates.
If you are considering a gift and are concerned about it’s arrival on time please contact us at email@example.com, we may be able to offer a digital download of your artwork which would allow you to reveal the gift in the event your package does not arrive in time.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide the most up to date expected delivery times during checkout before payment. Typically, delivery takes between 2-4 weeks for most orders. We sometimes offer a rushed shipping option for which takes between 1-3 weeks. For any gift purchases that are required by a certain date we strongly recommend you place orders before the upper expected delivery estimate to be sure your order will arrive on time.
All orders generally take 5-10 days to be created, assembled and shipped. This is because each order from Guilty Paws is custom crafted by our digital art team. Each piece goes through an artwork quality check as well as a product quality check of the final print. This process takes time but it’s well worth it to ensure you receive the highest quality print.
All orders are shipped with tracking codes and you will receive a tracking url via email so you may follow your shipment.

- We sometimes offer an 'artwork queue jump' shipping option. With this option we move your order to the front of our artwork queue. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
- If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen the production time.
