Where do you ship?
We ship to most major countries worldwide with a few exclusions. Rates vary between countries. More information on rates may be found on our shipping page. The latest rates will always be displayed at checkout and we offer free shipping to some countries.
Where do you ship from?
We have printing centers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Depending on the shipping address, your order will be shipped from one of those countries.
The printing process, materials and product quality standards are the same across all printing centers.
How long does delivery take?
We provide the most up to date expected delivery times during checkout before payment. Typically orders are delivered between 2-3 weeks from the date of order. To accommodate any unexpected delays we typically provide an estimate of 2-4 weeks for delivery and we sometimes offer a rushed shipping option with an estimate of 1-3 weeks. For any gift purchases that are required by a certain date we strongly recommend you place orders before the upper expected delivery estimate to be sure your order will arrive on time.
Every order from Guilty Paws is individually crafted and each piece goes through several artwork and product quality checks. This process takes time but it’s well worth it to ensure you receive the highest quality product
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking codes and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you offer design proofs?
Yes, we are happy to provide design proofs with every order and accommodate any change requests you may have to make sure your artwork is perfect.
Proofs are sent via email so please double check your email is correct at checkout and please keep an eye out for an email from us to avoid delays in receiving your order. Typically proofs are sent within 2-3 days after ordering.
Do you accommodate special requests?
We do our best to accommodate any special requests and will let you know via email if we cannot do so. On the Cart page before checkout there is a field labelled "Notes for artist" where you can leave any special requests.
Does my photo need to be taken against a clear background?
No, our artists are good at cropping your pet from any background objects.
Will you contact me if my photo won't give good results?
Yes, our team checks each photo submitted and will reach out to you via email if we do not believe the photo you submitted will result in a good quality final image. Please double check your email address at checkout and keep an eye out for the next few days after ordering in case we need to request a new photo from you.
What makes a great photo?
We find the best results come from photos where the pet is looking into the camera and the entire head and at least the upper body are visible in the frame. High resolution photos are preferred.
Here are some guidelines to get the best results:
- Take your photo at eye level with your pet
- Pet should be looking into the camera
- Avoid blurry photos or poor lighting, outdoor natural light is typically best but indoor photos work as well
- Seated positions for the pet are best with the entire body (or at least upper body) in frame
- Photos don’t need to be taken against a plain background, our artists are good at cropping pets out of most images
When should I order to receive my parcel by Christmas?
Due to increased order volume around Christmas as well as increased demand on courier services we recommend you order before the upper range of our posted delivery estimates at checkout. Which is typically 4 weeks for standard shipping or 3 weeks for the rushed shipping option.
