Our digital gift cards are delivered via email just minutes after ordering and are redeemable on our store towards the purchase of any of our awesome products.

Your email will provide the gift card and instructions on how to redeem it. The gift cards are transferable and not tied to any specific email address.

Gift cards are offered in values of $25, $50, $100, $150, and $200 (all values in USD) and may be used to pay for an order partially or in full.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Q: Do you check if the photo is good enough to use before printing?

A: Yes, we review each photo submitted and if we do not think it will give good results will reach out to you for a new photo. Please ensure you enter a valid email and phone number during checkout in case we have to contact you.

Q: Can I submit multiple photos for you to choose from?

A: Yes, if you aren't sure what photo is best then you can email us at info@guiltypaws.com after placing your order and attach the additional photos.

Q: Will I get to preview the artwork and request changes?

A: Yes, we provide design previews of all artwork. You can request any changes to the artwork directly from the preview which we will address before printing.

Q: Where does my product ship from?

A: We work with a print partner that has local facilities across the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Your order will ship locally if you order from one of those countries. If you are in a different country to those listed above it will be printed and shipped from the nearest location.

Shipping Times

The following estimates are how long packages are typically in transit once shipped.

  • USA: 3-5 working days
  • CA, AUS, UK: 5-8 working days
  • Europe: 5-10 working days
  • Rest of world: 10-21 working days

All orders are shipped fully tracked and once shipped you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link.

Artwork Creation Time

  • Expect your artwork ready to preview and approve in 2 business days after ordering.
  • We'll begin print and assembly within 24 hours after receiving your approval.
  • Please look out for emails from us for your artwork preview and in case we need to request a new photo.

Latest delivery estimates (which includes artwork creation, print/assembly and shipping) are provided during checkout before purchase.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are a great alternative to our prints if you need your artwork fast or want to print yourself. Downloads will be available immediately as a high resolution jpg file when you approve your design preview.
