A: Yes, we review each photo submitted and if we do not think it will give good results will reach out to you for a new photo. Please ensure you enter a valid email and phone number during checkout in case we have to contact you.

Q: Where does my product ship from?

A: We work with a print partner that has local facilities across the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Your order will ship locally if you order from one of those countries. If you are in a different country to those listed above it will be printed and shipped from the nearest location.
